5 things that make resumes look outdated in 2022:
1) Using an objective statement instead of a summary statement.

There was a debate in the comments about what is important to put in a resume. Many job seekers have trouble deciding which skills, qualifications and experiences to include. 11.2 million job openings were available in July, which is twice as many as the number of people looking for work. She explained that because she receives a lot of resumes, she usually only looks at each one for a short time. She looks to see if the resume has keywords that match the job she is recruiting for. If it does, she will then spend more time reviewing the candidate.
She had some advice for job seekers. “I want to send encouragement to all those who are actively searching and feel as though they keep striking out. You will land a role! LinkedIn is a great resource. If you see a position that you are passionate about, reach out and send a message to a recruiter or hiring manager.”

For example, if you list your full address, all your experience, or any of the other things she mentioned, will she not hire you?
